Cheating Defined
Generally speaking, infidelity comes in many forms. It is not limited or confined to the act of sex. Any time you or your partner behave in a manner or do something that you would NOT do in each others presence, you are crossing the line and entering the world of infidelity.
According to the dictionary Infidelity can mean either - An act of sexual unfaithfulness or a breach of trust or a disloyal act.
I think it’s important that we understand just how devastating a breach of trust is and how that betrayal damages your self esteem and your ability to trust in the future.
In the next few weeks I’d like to take a closer look at the aspects of emotional cheating, sexual cheating, body language and of course… the notorious flirt. I’d like you to share your thoughts and experiences with me. Maybe you have been the victim or perhaps the perpetrator? After all, how many of us haven’t engaged in flirtatious conversations at one time or another? Whatever the case may be, it is only by discussing and exploring the behavior that we can fully appreciate how it impacts your life or the life of your partner.
